| 00:30 | Arrive Perth Intl Airport Easyrider Manager Chris will be there to meet you and take you to the hostel. |
| 01:00 | Arrive at The Coolibah Lodge & check in! Sleep ;) Friday is the last free day, before embarking on the Grand Adventure. You can go into the city and explore. Check out a few of the sights around Perth, like the Bell Tower or Kings Park and Botanical Gardens. |
| 19:00 | Group liaison at Coolibah Lodge with Easyrider Crew. We’ll get together as a group and get to know each other. |
Saturday 24th April 2010
| 06:45 | One of the yellow buses will arrive at the Coolibah Lodge, and transport you on the next leg of the journey!! We will be dropped at the Greyhound East Perth Terminal, where we will jump on the second bus of the day! A red one this time. |
| 07:30 | The Greyhound bus departs Perth, for our onward journey to Coral Bay!! The bus stops at roadhouses (Service Stations) along the way for drink and food stops and well needed toilet breaks ;) It’s a 16 hour journey to Coral Bay, providing there are no delays. |
| 11:25 | We arrive in Coral Bay at our HQ – the Ningaloo Club!!! The ‘Welcoming Committee’ will be there to welcome us in, with cold beers in hand and smiles on their faces. You’ll be spending the next 7 nights living and breathing Coral Bay!! And this is where the real fun begins... |
Sunday 25th April 2010
| 09:00 | Breakfast at the Ningaloo Club A continental breakfast will be provided every morning. |
| 09:30 | Orientation begins! Introductions between ‘The Panel’ and contestants. We’ll find out who’s who and the floor will be open for questions about what you’ve let yourself in for! This is the time to ask all those questions you’ve forgotten to ask before or have only just thought of. Don’t be scared of grilling the judges! We’ll discuss what’s going on and what Easyrider is looking for from their WOW Each contestant will be given a topic for reporting on. Topics are yet to be decided and you have the freedom to put any angle on the presentation that you like. We’ll go on a tour of Coral Bay, talking about the sights of the town and the history and any other random facts we can think of. We’ll pick up our snorkel gear for the week from the Bayview ticket office. |
| 13:00 | We’ll have a break for lunch down at the local ‘Fins’ café |
| 14:00 | After letting our lunch go down, we’ll go for an afternoon snorkel of the reef. You can see first hand what goes on underneath the waves. Hopefully, we’ll be able to find Coral Bay’s Ayer’s Rock. |
| 15:00 | Head back to HQ and get ready for the Coral Bay Treasure Hunt. Clues will lead you round Coral Bay, where will you end up? |
| 17:00 | Shower time! |
| 18:30 | We’ll all head down to the beach for sunset drinks and relaxation before heading back to HQ for live music. |
| 19:30 | ‘Sweet Lips’ a local Exmouth band we entertain us musically, and we’ll dine at the Ningaloo Club tonight with the infamous Burger Night. |
